Slotochu charges no fee on deposits or withdrawals. Your bank or wallet provider may apply its own. Crypto is converted at fixed casino rates.

Making a Deposit

Open the cashier, choose a method and enter the amount, from £20 for cards and bank transfer. If you want a bonus, type the promo code before confirming. Deposits usually appear in My Balance straight away and within 30 minutes at the latest. If a Slotochu deposit hasn't arrived after that, send the transaction reference to live chat.

Crypto deposits

Each coin has its own minimum, from 0.0001 BTC to 10 TRX, and its own address in the cashier. Send exactly the coin shown on the address and check the network before you confirm, because a transfer on the wrong network can't always be recovered. Replace-by-Fee bitcoin transactions are not accepted, so turn that option off in your wallet.

How a Withdrawal Works

1. Open the cashier and choose Withdraw.
2. Pick the method you deposited with and enter the amount.
3. Our payments team reviews the request, usually within 24 hours.

You can have one active Slotochu withdrawal request at a time. If a review takes longer than a day, ask live chat for the status; often a document is missing.

Withdrawal Limits

Progressive jackpot wins at Slotochu are paid in full, regardless of these limits. Players at the highest loyalty ranks may be offered higher limits at our discretion.

Which Method Pays Fastest?

After the Slotochu review, crypto is the quickest route: the coins leave as soon as the request is approved. Cards come next at 1–3 days, then bank transfer at 5–7 days, which also has the higher £50 minimum. Many players deposit by card and withdraw in crypto, but remember that withdrawals go back to methods registered in your own name.

Rules That Speed Up or Slow Down a Payout

• Wager each deposit at least three times before withdrawing; otherwise processing fees may apply under anti-money-laundering rules.
• Use only methods registered in your name. Deposits from a partner's, relative's or friend's card are reversed.
• Replace-by-Fee bitcoin transactions are not accepted.
• An active bonus must be wagered first, or cancelled together with its winnings.
• A pending withdrawal on Monday cancels that week's slot cashback.

Verification Before the First Payout

Slotochu may confirm your identity before releasing money, and documents can be requested at any time. Expect to upload an ID document and proof of residence; sometimes a financial statement or proof of age is needed too. In your profile, open the verification section, choose the document type and attach clear photos where every corner is readable.
